    For the sake of performance you can't be dex and str at the same time, pick one.
    If you are going on str. then i suggest to multiclass with RDD, elset get Arc.Archer+bard (weap: longbow).

    For what is needed WIS 14?
    Are you going to increase your ab with the cleric buff? If so those stats are wrong.
    A bard doesn't need an high wis. ,unless if you are planning to switch allignment and get some lvl by monk or by paladin. Bard/Pal . is a really nice combo


    Anyway... keep in mind that you won't reach the 20 lvl on the OC.

    With str. based build, a t.shield is required to increase your AC.

    bard (11lvl or less)+cleric (8lvl or more)
    • str 14 (6pt)
    • dex 10 (0pt) elf +2 nat. bonus
    • con 12 (6pt) elf -2 nat. malus
    • int 14 (6pts.)
    • wis 14 (6pts.)
    • char 14 (6pts.)
    tot. 30 points

    weapon: katana or b.sword , longsword to save a talent.

    11 lvl by bard = +2 ac with song. <11lvl just a +2 to AB with song.

    Not really a great build on 20 levels, but very fun to play.


    If you are going full bard (wich is my reccomended):
    bard
    • str 18 (16)
    • dex 10 (0) elf +2 nat. bonus
    • con 10 (4) elf -2 nat. malus
    • int 12 (4)
    • wis 8 (0)
    • char 14 (6)
    tot. 30 points

    talents:
    -c. weapon exotic ,
    -c.heavy armor ,
    -weap. focus: b.sword,
    -imp.crit. b.sword,
    -some talent to extend the song duration.

    weapon: katana/b.sword or longsword. In the last case you will save one talent. Pick combat casting.

    • dex 20 (16) elf +2 nat. bonus
    • con 10 (4) elf -2 nat. malus
    • int 12 (4)
    • wis 8 (0)
    • char 14 (6)
    tot. 30 points

    weapon: rapier or scimitar. Longbow if you choose to multiclass with the AA.
