How do I add a chapter screen?

I'm trying to create a new chapter screen for DSotSC that includes a unique graphic when the expansion is introduced. I have the text working but the graphic shows an existing image. I'm trying to understand how panels in GUICHAP.CHU are triggered when a new chapter starts. What file is responsible for this? Does anyone know of a mod that adds an addition panel to GUICHAP.CHU that I can look at for reference.

    I don't know if this helps since it's IWD:EE.
    I just managed to find the variable that controls the header in a chapter sequence. It is called text_CHAPTERSCROLL_title and can be found in UI.MENU. Here is more detailed information and a problem of mine on this topic that may be enlightening.


    Here's a tutorial that may or may not help and can be found on the Shs forums, but in my experience it works on BG:EE, SoD, BG2:EE and IWD:EE (not without issues that need to be fixed).
