NWN EE Android client bogs down in encounters where "entangle" is used.

I was playing in the "Realm of the Spirit" section, and most of the encounters there seem to "entangle" spells. When a couple of adversaries cast that spell, NWN EE DRAGS to the point of becoming unplayable. This seems a UI issue, and since I had the evil monk as my henchman, he clobbered the monsters while I struggled with getting the game to respond.

Still, the experience was awful.

Galaxy Tab S3 (32GB, wifi only) with android 8.0 on default graphics settings.
