Is BG1NPC's and BG1 Unfinished Business compatible?

What I'm looking for here is do these mods compliment each other or contradict / conflict with each other? I'm sure you could load them in the same game, but would it create weird dialog contradictions, or have quests telling you to go two different directions to resolve issues? IE; kill the girl, she is actually a demon! vs. Wow! you have saved the Princess of Amn!!
