Not super different to vanilla, but fewer stupid decisions. The only issue with multiple AI mods is that if multiple mods alter AI (e.g. Rogue Rebalancing, Atweaks), sometimes the slots for scripts get filled up and the last installed mod may not change anything.

I'm scared of questpack AI only for one reason.... I doubt it works also on EET and so baldur's gate 1.

I often use both in BG2. It probably won't have much effect on BG1.

Being compatible is different from having effects on a game

compatibility means "it installs correctly".

Why not ask the maintainer at Pocketplane what the AI will affect then?
