Please add command that teaches all arcane spells to a wizard character.

When making a new high level wizard character its an absolute pain to gather up the spells if you want to go for the wide spell flexibility that wizards can offer.
Most spells cant even be purchased so the ones you don't learn through leveling/shop you have to cheat in one by one as scrolls.
The current "enable all spells" cheat only lets you use any spell from the radial menu - it does not teach the wizard the arcane spells he is missing.
So Beamdog please add a command that makes the Wizard learn all the OC/SOU/HOTU arcane spells in the game appropriate to his current level.
