Installer crash during final bit of preloading.

After successfully downloading the first two parts earlier in the week, I was using the standalone installer tonight to download the last chunk of data so that I could play. The installer got to 1.8 GB of 1.8 GB, then froze. I got an "Application error" popup with the following error message:

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process ID=0x520 (1312), Thread ID=9xd4c (3404)

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

The download window was frozen, and the error message popup was greyed out and unclickable. I had to restart my computer.

When I clicked on BGEE.exe again, it installer had a big "Play" button, which launched the game when clicked. But when I click the Baldurs Gate button to start the game, the intro video will not display correctly. The video crawls along, stuttering and stopping, with no sound. When I created a character and entered the game itself, the gameplay crawls along and stutters as well.

So now I'm a bit worried that the last bit of the download didn't install correctly. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

Edit: Actually, after browsing the forum some more, it looks like the video and gameplay lag are due to my Intel video card, not any installation problems.
