Where to install mods for both BGEE and SoD

I am wondering about the installation of mods, I have two separate game folders (one for BG:EE and one for SoD I think). They are called 00766 and 00806. Both have a chitin.key.

I assume that I have to install the mods in both game folders to get them to cover both BGEE and SoD, just thought I could ask for a clarification because the instructions for all mods just mentions one game folder :smile:

Any insights would be helpful!

    00806 contains both BGEE and SoD. You can install mods and play everything from there.

    The only difference is that you will get the SoD UI skin even when you are in the BGEE part.
