Already spoken to Mizhena about her stolen candle.

I have no idea how to find this traitor at camp as he does not appear?

    I read in my log book I have already confronted Malden Col and he confessed. Its time to report to Nerdalok however he is already in the forest. Does that mean I have screwed up and unable to turn it in?

    Also Cannot report to him about SKIE either.

    Have I missed out on much? a Huge reward? Much XP? or anything fancy?

    I looked at my last saved game its some ways back and I don't want to replay the whole thing again up to this point.

    Some xp and dialogue. Whether you consider that fancy or not depends on you. Personally, SoD has a lot of triggers and dialogues can go a lot of different ways a lot of times. Don't let it bother you too much, and keep in mind for another playthrough. You can't see everything the game has to offer in one go.
