Contacting technical support?

How do I contact some kind of technical support, since I'm not getting what I need from the forum? The e-mail address "support@beamdog.com" does not work; my message gets bounced back as undeliverable.

    That is the address. Not sure why it bounced.

    Tried a different e-mail address, and it went through fine. I guess the address doesn't like Gmail. Huh.
