What about multiplayer?

I started to play with guys BGEE, but it kammen always problems.
The game freezes constantly and falls out.
whether in the future the new patch for multiplayer?

    Right now multiplayer is only possible via knowing IP address of your friend or colleagues or whomever you want to play the game with.

    In the future, Beamdog is planning to provide a dedicated server. When that time comes you won't need to know IP address to join multiplayer.

    I know the IP address, since we are both using LAN. Not working though. Can someone please assist? The person joining's game just keeps freezing after typing in the LAN IP and hitting done. I thought multiplayer support was enhanced?
