Has anyone converted Planescape:Torment portraits to Baldur's Gate EE?

Hi, I searched around but couldn't find this.

Has anyone taken the Planescape:Torment portraits and converted them to Baldur's Gate EE? Is that a mod that's available anywhere?

My portrait pack IWD style portraits: Characters from other games has the following character-sheet portaits, cropped from the PST bestiary entries:



With the following matching side-bar portraits, based on the PST:EE bottom-bar portraits:



They can be used on BG2:EE, too.
