Quick question regarding usability flags and custom kits

In Kitlist 2DA, is there a way to use just the original class usability flag rather than copying from another kit?

I'm pretty new/clumsy in modding so forgive me if this is a silly question. I tried looking in the usual places, but all the links to CamDawg's old "how to create a custom kit" are busted now.
