Weapon Strength Requirement Bug

My bard with a 10 is told he isn't strong enough to wield a Bastard Sword, whose description says it requires a minimum strength of 10. The actual strength requirement should match the description.

    @Jalily if you still have string table powers. #6646 is the string.
    Apparently the string was not updated, while the items were.
    Added to tracker anyway.

    Thanks, requirement has been changed to 11 Strength.
