EE Keeper Question - Changing Alignments and Happiness

If you use EE Keeper to change an NPC's alignment from evil to good, will it change the reputation/happiness to align with the new alignment?

For example, if I change Viconia's alignment from evil to good and I have a 20 reputation, will she be happy and not leave?
