Making Watcher's Keep accessible in Ch1?

I'm planning a challenge playthrough in which I would try to complete Watcher's Keep in Ch1 SoA - that's right, before talking to Gaelan Bayle.

In order to do this, I would need to mod the world map to enable travel to Watcher's Keep in Chapter 1, SoA. I presume this could be done fairly easily in NearInfinity if one knew what to look for. Does anyone know what files/variables I would have to edit to remove the 'destination unreachable' flag?

    Wouldn't you have to console yourself there anyway (assuming you aren't using a Dungeon be Gone mod), since Chapter 2 starts when you walk out into Athkatla?

    Chapter 2 starts when you enter the slums from Waukeen's promenade.

    Edit: it actually starts when you accept Gaelan's offer (and it's not like the game's giving you a choice)

    Ah, right. I don't know why I thought it started when you entered Waukeen's. Probably because of the cut screen.
