Multi platform question

Hello,

I own Balders Gate from the play store and was playing on my Note8. I now have an iPad for games and work. Is there a way to log into my game from the App Store? Also is there a way for me to play my game on my PC? I don't own a gaming rig just a cheap run of the mill workstation, but I'm assuming the plain graphics on it should be able to run these games.
