Transferring Saves Between PC and Android

Neither way works. I have followed the directions at http://blog.beamdog.com/2018/12/how-to-install-custom-content-to.html, but when trying to load a game created on the PC on my phone the game gets stuck at "unpacking module" and when trying to load a game created on my android phone on the PC it gets stuck at loading game. Note that all the saves are just the original campaign, no mods, no custom content.

Anyone have any ideas? I'd like to play the game on my pc when I am at my pc and on my phone when I am out and about but it just doesn't work.
