What benefit Join the Anarchist or Chaosmen?

in Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition
And is there disadvantage joining the mentioned faction? especially in quest?

more specific is can i finish the dreambuilder quest by Xander if i join the anarchist and betray the godsmen?

    Hey I don't believe there are any disadvantages from joining the Xaositects - aside from having to play chaotic to get in which will stop you getting some alignment specific weapons (but that's not specific to the faction just your alignment). Still one of my favourite factions (just for the flavour) even though the faction benefits are very minimal

    As for Anarchists I can't comment as haven't really explored them. Hopefully someone on here will know the answer!
