Current Behavior:
Recruited Kivan, sent Kivan's equipped arrows to Imoen. Kivan's quickslot icon for the bow still shows up as having 20 arrows. Cannot equip them however.

Expected Behavior:
When arrows are removed from a character they should be removed from the quickslot icon as well.

Have not tested this on other characters.

    This works for me. Kivan doesn't even start with a bow for me. He got a halberd.
