How about that "Pause Dialog" Option? (Multiplayer BGEE)

I was reading the manual for the Enhanced edition after having pre-loaded the game and saw to my excitement that the game had adopted BG2s system of NOT pausing all the dialog all the time for everyone whilst in multiplayer. Having all dialog pause the game no matter how trivial it the discussion, was a game breaker multiplayer wise in the original BG for me.
Now upon entering the game and starting a multiplayer lobby, I went into the permissions tab, then the options from there, where I remember BG2 had the "Pause Dialog" enabling/disabling but the option wasn't there. I figured it would since the BGEE seems to be using the BG2 interface.
So what is the deal? Is the game just automatically in "Don't pause" mode or did the feature not make the final cut?

Is this just me missing something or was this a case of false advertisement? I'd really like to know.
If it's in the manual, then that's a problem which will be looked at.
"Non-Pausing Dialogue and Stores
Certain characters in Baldur's Gate will not pause the game when spoken to. This means that when you initiate dialogue with them, only you will be able to view their dialogue. Other players will be able to continue playing. The characters that do not pause the game are usually townsfolk, shopkeepers, and other non-critical NPCs. The characters that do pause the game are crucial to the plot.
Note that if you enable the option in Permissions to pause the game and show dialogue for all players, even these characters will pause the game for all players in the game."
There it is. So what is the deal here? you say that it's "a problem which will be looked at." What does that exactly mean?
If the feature is never going to make it into the game what so ever it should not have been in the manual. At all.
I kind of feel cheated here
Anywayyyyyyyyy
They conformed before launch that this would not make it into the final game.
It's likey but not 100% that they will introduce this feature with the MatchMaking Patch.

If so, yeah. Only speculations and hearsay
