Controlling Multiple Attacks

Can a new column be added to the Classes.2da, call it 'MultipleAttacks' or something and each class has a 0/1 switch for no/yes.

Also can we add a MULTIPLE_ATTACKS_LEVEL_MULTIPLIER so we can set the MULTIPLE_ATTACKS_BAB_PENALTY_MULTIPLIER to 0 but still have classes gain multiple attacks every so many levels?
