NWN EE: NW Server: people can no longer logon to the server

Players receiving a message:

Attempting to find server.
Direct connect and UDP hole punch failed
Requesting relay token.
Get Token, atempting over relay
Connection to server failed.

Details, server ran perfectly fine. up until last week.
Forwardwarding protocol is active in the router for port 5121

Build 8186[4w5d9380]
Using default campain database (not NWNX)
Server shows up fine in the GameSpy server list


What have we tried based on other threads on this forum

on player side:
- Delete cdkey.ini and force to create a new ini file

on server side:
- Removed entire database and servervault to let players try and log on to a clean server.

problem stil exists,

Does anyone have idears what the problem is and how to solve it?

    My server is suffering from the same issue and we haven't had any trouble addressing it. We haven't changed anything recently with the server so I have no idea what the issue is. Anyone out there have any ideas? Thank you!

    Are the players playing on the dev build instead of 8186?
