[Bug] Warning when removing memorized spells is gone

Just started the game and found that clicking on a memorized spell no longer displays the "are you sure?" warning message. Instead, the message should display and help prevent me from accidentally removing spells.

    I don't thing thats a bug but ... I understand some people will miss it.
    Yet, I was annoyed to give my confirmation each time I wanted to remove a memorized spell.

    set the "program option","Over Confirm Everything".1

    In your config file.

    The option should be available in a menu (as well a IA update and walkthrough nodes).
    Not in a ini to fix.
