Help - Frame rate and speed!

Hi all,

Love the game, no complaints about that.

However, I'm wondering how to increase the speed/frame rate. Beforehand, there was an easy way to do this in the Config Menu. I can't seem to find one. My next move was to edit the baldur.ini directly. While it seems to have saved the 'Max Frame Rate 60' the game still plays slowly.

Am I missing something? Is there a way to jack up the speed?
