Saleron's Gambit Chapter 2 broken

I noticed on the Neverwinter Vault that the module Saleron's Gambit ch. 2 is broken due to transition problems with nwnee. Several people have reported this. Problem seems to be that on the temple quest you can not return from level 2 to level 1 anymore. Will the updates to nwnee fix broken transitions that the ee version has created?

    I read that the new patch should fix this but I will wait until it is not a developmental build.
