Is master spell setup wrong?

I found out some weird thing I can't make sense of. In spells.2da on spell rows which are subspells (have master set) and also have featId set up the master is setup wrong (almost, if not, always).

For example (Spells.2da):
Row with ID 704 (Undead shape - Risen lord) have setup master as WildShape IV, but it should be Undead Shape which has WildShape IV as prerequisite. Undead shape has subspells listed properly as it should.

I have checked other cases like this are almost universally it's setup wrong. Is master meaningless when feat is set or did I miss something from docs?
