Launcher closing

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with the launcher. As soon as I put my login credentials, there is a "Please Wait" message and then the launcher closes. Just closes itself, no error message, trace file is empty on AppData and the process disappears. Sometimes it will stay open a second or two longer and it will actually start downloading the game, and then same thing happens.

Anyone having this issue? Tried setting different compatibility settings and executing as administrator, but no luck.

    Bump!

    No one having issue where launcher closes itself with no error message?

    Look in your Windows logs (Applications). You'll probably find something there. I have the same problem of the launcher unceremoniously closing without a peep, but it leaves an error in the log (below). I tried a fix posted here regarding checking the version of C++ redistributable in the registry, but the version was fine.
