Moving NWN Files Between Directories

Hello everyone, long time NWN player, just got NWN EE from GOG after a long time away from the game.
I installed it a few weeks ago and started playing self-hosted module with some friends. I realized today that I had NWN EE and all of it's files installed to my C:\ drive and that has a really tiny storage because it's just a boot drive meant to hold Windows, so I wanted to move everything intact to my 2TB drive.
I essentially copy and pasted all of C:\GOG Games\ which contains NWNEE from C:\ right to \, so now it's \GOG Games. I also did the same with C:\Users\username\Documents\Neverwinter Nights... whole entire thing copied and pasted to \Users\Username\Documents\Neverwinter Nights.
I realized that some elements may be still looking for the C:\, so I found nwn.ini and it has a listing of all the folders associated with the game and their file paths, so I changed them all to direct to \whatever.
When I tried the game out, the game booted right up but needed a CD Key again. Then it needed me to enter my player name, which it refused. I googled a bit and found that selecting the default name box cleared it up, which worked... but now my character list isnt showing.
So basically, Im trying to figure out how the game connects the player logging in with which character list in the server vault to display... because server vault in NWN.ini is pointing to the correct path. In the old version of NWN, the server vault was simply your account name on the folder, with all of the character .bic files inside... now the account names are UPET45X9 and I cant find anywhere in the files where that is connected to a CD key or account name.
Any advice on straightening this out?
Edit: Sorry, I dont know how to disable emojis, it's supposed to say D colon backslash where those emojis are.
