Transfering SCS + other mod install to other computer

Hi,

I like to alternate between my laptop and pc. With cloud save this is nice, but with all my mods it can be tricky. I have heard that if you simply drop your override folder into your other computer it will be the exact same, but I have not found this to be the case in the past.

How can I transfer my scs install + a couple other mods, onto my other computer without reinstalling all the exact same mods in the exact same order.

    @tedmann12 You simply copy the whole game and "Documents\Baldur's Gate (II) - Enhanced Edition" folder with saves.

    Awesome, thanks! So I already have baldurs gate installed, so I just literally replace my directory and the documents folder?

    Seems almost too easy to be true!

    That's all you have to do, I've done it that way for years. Just make sure if you install or change any mods in one installation that you copy it over the other.
