PS4 question about Menus and Text

I’m having a hard time reading any text whether it’s the journal or item description .. is there a way to make the background dark and text white or text darker and bolder/bigger ? If there is, I apologize for missing it because I have looked ..

There's a text size slider in the options. I'm playing on a 4k screen and can read the text fine after increasing it slightly
