Mod that allows ring of free action and haste?

Is there a mod out there that restores original BG behavior wherein my char can equip ring of free action and benefit from haste and haste effects ( ex. Boots of Speed )

if you take the free action item off, then cast haste, you can put the item back on and you will have your haste effect still going

even in vanilla bg they didnt stack together ( except for the spider bane sword )

IWD was ( and i believe still is ) the game where you can wear rings of free action and have haste on at the same time without the ring making you immune to haste

Deities of Faerun (DoF) alters Free Action to respect (Improved) Haste and increased movement rate - it also makes the spell no longer protect or heal stun.

You would need to use its sphere system, though.
