Crash in OC Ch. 3

I'm getting two crashes: One is is when I try to go to the second part of MoonWood where the transition is in the corner; it crashes when it loads the next area of MoonWood. The second crash is when I try going into ColdWood later when I got the quest for the undead ruins(don't know if that matters). I had gone there before no problem, but I tried to go back later on and crash on load.

Any fixes or suggestions cuz I'm stuck and can't continue?
