Bug- "Thief Ranged Attack" script and bards

Using the "Thief Ranged Attack" script on my Bard(Skald) PC interacts very strangely with Bard Song.

Observed Behavior: Normally when bard songs are playing they "activate" every round and show a status update in the dialog box. Activating my bard song when I have this AI script turned on causes my Bard to attempt a hide in shadows check instead of the usual "Singing Bard Song" message which just does nothing but terminate the song.

Expected Behavior: My bard should not even be able to attempt to hide in shadows at all.

    I've got the same bug with different characters. Both Imoen and Andor in Black Pits when 'Thief Ranged Attack' is chosen try to hide into shadows all the time. The dialogue screen is full of 'hide in shadows' failed.
