I still can’t get Neera to work!

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I paid for Neera a long time ago on iOS.

2 phones later, I still can’t get my former purchase to work.

How can this be resolved?

    That sounds like a "contact support" issue. Not to be dismissive, I just don't think that something us forumites would be able to help with.
