Problem of NPC interaction. (sitting and sleeping)

Unable to steal NPCs who sleep in beds.
Unable to search the corpses of NPCs who are seated.

    Can you give a concrete example of a sleeping NPC you can't interact with? Press x in-game to get its full location. I can attack the sleeping NPC upstairs of the Candlekeep inn just fine.

    #2 is an old issue dating back to at least BG2, but it's an issue nonetheless.

    After rechecked, it's possible to attack the NPCs who sleep in beds, but not to steal.

    Maybe they don't have items?

    @Avenger_teambg The character can't "reach" the sleeping NPC to pickpocket them. If you try, they'll get stuck in a jerky animation like they're trying to move but getting blocked by the bed.
