EET Turn-Based Mod?

Does an EET-compatible mod exist (and, if so, where) to turn BG into a turn-based game?

Pathfinder: Kingmaker (based mechanically heavily on the Infinity Engine) has such a mod,

I think, with clever leverage of Time Stop and scripting,one could do something similar to turn-based combat, but it'd be a hacky mess and would be incredibly unstable.
