Please create a setting to enable v-sync in the graphics options

The game is tearing like crazy, completely ruining the experience. Please allow one to enable v-sync either by adding a second button on the huge empty graphics config screen or by changing a setting in the config files :(

    Have you tried forcing it through your graphic driver control panel yet? I am about to head for bed so no time to test tonight.

    Activating V-Sync in the driver control panel results in a horrendous flickering of the menu screens that renders the UI nigh-unusable. The original Baldur's Gate 2 suffered from this as well, so it looks like BG:EE "inherited" the issue.
