bridgefort teleporter problem

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Hi,

i aquired the stone to use the circle, but when i do i cant get back out the same way .
iirc i could go back and forth in and out the fort like this multiple times. now i only can go out if i surrender.

the circle on the inside cant be used?

    Are you sure that it cannot be used? It may be that it is fully functional, despite the cursor not changing its shape to the appropriate travel/interact symbol.

    The first time i went i couldnt use it at all.
    I reloaded game before entring the map and the symbol wasnt visible, but i could use it by clicking on it.

    The first time i couldnt do anything with it. Was weird.

    Now on to Dragonspearcastle.....
