Can't open toolset, and other problems

Just reinstalled the game, tried to open the toolset, renders the area as black without any element but waypoints and triggers, timeout & doesn't respond after that

also can't enter any server, saying that the server has a manifest that I do not? (or 'nwnsync currently unavailable')...


Also setting the game video option to never hide second story tiles, doesnt save
there is probably dozen of other problems that are evident just by playing the actual game this doesnt even require "testing"...
this is really terrible
