Traps in Candlekeep´s dungeon

Does anybody know whether traps in Candlekeep´s dungeon are one-time (after they are triggered, they disappear) or repeatable (they are gone only after somebody disarms them)?

I think there is a mixture of both

There's a repeating spike trap at the entrance to the tomb on the left that has loot, but no tome. There's a repeating lightning bolt trap on the route to the tomb with the strength tome. Other traps are not repeating.
