Toolset uncanny crashes

My toolset started to crash recently
The games opens modules correctly and i can play them without problems but when i try to open them to work on them it opens them correctly until i try to open any area of the module and then it crashes
It happens with all modules, with or without haks, original of the game or made by me
I uninstalled the game and removed all files in all directories and installed it again but it didn't worked
I tried to install in both steam and beamdog client and the toolset still don't work
It happened also two months ago and i solved only reinsalling windows totally
Now after two months of good mapping after the last patch the tollset started to give again the same stupid error

My PS is
i5-4440
12 GB DDR3
GTX 960
Windows 10 pro
Two samsung 250 GB SSD

How i can fix the toolset to work again without reinstalling windows again?
