NWN EE 1.79 Update and DLCs

I apologize if this has been asked\answered before, but I could not find anything after a search of the forums. My question is how to update the DLCs? GOG shows that they have been updated in my Galaxy client after the 1.79 update. However, once I log into Infinite Dungeons or one of the others with a saved character from a PW, the character is missing most of its items due to CEP or other updates. Is it really updated then and if so how can I make it where the items are visible? Thanks in advance for any help.
