Spawn System

Can anyone recommend a good creature spawn system on the vault?

Basically want it to do the following:
  • Place waypoints with creature resrefs and spawn X walking creatures spread throughout the area/dungeon, every X minutes after dying.
  • Place a waypoint for only one, or a small group of spawns at a single location, respawning X minutes after dying.
  • Place a waypoint with a boss resref and have it spawn every 30 minutes or so (after the boss dies) without issue.
  • Set a variable that will drop quest item(s) X% of the time when a creature is killed.
  • (Optional) spawn X creatures (see above) only at a certain time of day/night.

I have "AmanShadar's Spawn System 2.1" which does all of this, but it is very unreliable (bosses spawning too soon even though a timer is set, creatures immediately despawning when a PC leaves the area briefly—when reentering PC has kill them all over again. Creatures jammed against dungeon walls).
