NWN EE: The server lags every day at a specific time.

Every day, without exception, from 21.00 to 23.00 (GMT + 3) all NWN servers begin to lag. Sometimes it is not possible to connect (Connection Error: server is not responding). The rest of the time, everything works great. Mostly I play on Arelith servers. This problem has nothing to do with the number of players. For example, today at 21.45 there was a restart of ARE_CitiesAndPlanes. The connection problem has not been resolved.
