((XBox) Clarification request on Daze effect on multiple weapons?

So in the OC i had a short sword and a rapier crafted that both have Daze 75% 1 round
My logic is 2 weapons with Daze on them should be dazing like crazy
I figure they wont stack on same enemy but because i dual weild there would be 2 chances for the daze effect.
Is this assumption correct?
If not please elobarate.

    as far as i know, every time your daze weapon hits, it will have the 75% chance to have the daze effect if they fail their save ( i believe its probably around 12 or 14 will save )

    i had a play through where i was dual wielding hammer of thunderbolts and the stun effect was going off pretty often, but with a will save dc of 14, higher level enemies may not fail as often
