NWN:EE PS4 chapter 2 game stopping bug. PLEASE HELP. POSSIBLE SPOILERS

So I'm to the point in chapter 2 where I'm at tower lvl 9 with arklem. I broke the 4 braziers and he teleports out before unlocking the door for me. Is it possible to use commands on a PS4 to bypass this? What's my solution short of ditching the game? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    I encountered this bug on PC before too. Unfortunately, the only way I know of to fix it is to reload your game before talking to him and hopefully the script fires properly this time.
