NWN:EE Unable To Complete Download ?

in Beamdog Client
I am using client 2.1.11 on a Mac running OS 10.11.6 and after trying several times NWN:EE does not complete
the download.

Its just stuck with this in the download bar - Downloading:41.94 MB remaining @ 0 B/s

Sticks around this point everytime I have tried.
