Question about Expanded Deionarra's Truth.

Hi dear Planescape fans!
There's one problem that seems to be occurred due to the Expanded Deionarra's Truth mod be installed.
I'm on a way to travel to Ravel's Maze, but there is no way for me to confess to Deionarra's father about me being responsible for her death. I assume in vanilla version it can be done right before TNO goes through the portal to Ravel's Maze.
Is that because of mod impact? Expanded Deionarra's Truth mod deals with the game logic or what?Like TNO couldn't have known about him being a murder of Deionarra at that point of game?
