Missing Teleria

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Hey, I can't find Teleria. I went and freed all the statues, hadn't talked to anyone before, now she's gone and the merchant says she "ran off into the forest". I can see from a walkthrough that you're supposed to talk to them before freeing the statues, and she's supposed to go the statues where you can find her. She's not there, though. Any help?
